Tammy joined NCO Financial Investigative Services (FIS) in 2006 and currently serves as a senior client services consultant. In this role she serves as a liaison between clients and the firm’s investigative consultants, providing support to those business relationships by processing requests and inquiries. With previous experience as a sales assistant and senior investigative consultant, Tammy truly understands what it takes to serve clients at the highest level possible. Just some of the clients she is responsible for are hedge funds, venture capital firms, automotive dealer development companies, law firms, accounting firms and franchises.
Tammy’s background spans more than 20 years in the financial services arena. Most recently, prior to joining NCO FIS, she managed a six million dollar portfolio of auto loans at Crescent Bank and Trust. This experience has proven to be extremely valuable and applicable to her current role, in which many automotive clients have ordered background investigations on dealership candidates. In some instances, the firm’s findings have aided clients in deciding to decline these candidates, which in turn avoided potentially catastrophic financial liabilities.
Even when she’s not working, Tammy strives to continually educate herself on the financial services industry, one thing she credits to her overall professional success. She regularly attends a continuing education course on mortgage loan originations. Tammy’s dedication and enthusiasm for her craft make her a true asset to NCO FIS and the clients
she serves.
