Jennifer originally joined NCO Financial Investigative Services (FIS) in 2004 as an investigative consultant. Today, in her role as a senior client services consultant, she serves as a liaison between clients and the firm’s investigative consultants, helping ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service possible. The entities Jennifer primarily works with include commercial mortgage companies, conduit lenders, fund of funds, private equity firms, joint ventures and family offices.
Jennifer maintains a passion for the legal side of the financial services industry, one of the reasons she joined NCO FIS more than seven years ago. She also possesses a strong knowledge of the legal profession, which stems from the paralegal certification she earned from Tulane University. Additionally, Jennifer is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree with a focus on paralegal studies. She is a member of The Probono Project, an association of lawyers who volunteer their services to those in need.
Beyond her legal background, Jennifer’s career began in the banking industry at Hibernia National Bank (now Capital One). After starting as an intern in 1998, she joined the institution full-time as a loan processor a year later. Today Jennifer attributes her success to furthering her education in the field, along with her continued commitment to help minimize the risks of NCO FIS’ clients.
