Jason began working at NCO Financial Investigative Services (FIS) in 2011 as an outside sales consultant in the greater Los Angeles area. In this role, he is responsible for identifying
prospective clients of the firm and providing solutions to help them make sound business
decisions. Jason serves a wide array of financial services companies, including those in the
banking, hedge fund and commercial lending industries, among many others.
Prior to joining NCO FIS, Jason’s career spanned numerous areas within the commercial real
estate sector. Most recently, he was a successful sales director at Property Tax Advisors, where he secured 4,600 new client contracts, culminating in a portfolio valued at more than $8
billion. Additionally, Jason previously spent three years as a new business specialist at CoStar Group and six years as the regional sales manager at Environmental Data Resources.
Coupled with his heavy background in commercial real estate finance, Jason remains active in and committed to offering ideal solutions based on each client’s unique situation. Outside the scope of the background investigation services he currently provides, his prior roles have allowed him to save clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), hundreds of thousands of dollars in property taxes and research costs.
Beyond the work he performs directly for his clients, Jason has served the commercial real estate industry in many other aspects. More specifically, he is a member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and has been a moderator for Environmental Data Resources’ (EDR’s) Due Diligence at Dawn Lecture Series. Jason is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management.
