During a period of transition with his career in 1998, Chris found a home at NCO Financial
Investigative Services (FIS) as an investigative consultant. Though he admits his knowledge of
the industry was limited at the time, he has since expanded his expertise to become a valued
business partner to his clients. In his current role as a senior investigative consultant, Chris is
focused on generating new business opportunities for the firm, as well as maintaining longlasting relationships with his existing client base. His clientele primarily comprises private
equity companies and those dealing with real estate portfolios for title updates.
Chris’ straightforward approach and genuine concern for his clients allow him to identify
businesses that truly have a need for services provided by NCO FIS. For one of his clients, NCO FIS performed pre-due diligence on a large portfolio of residential properties. After pulling title reports on just a fraction of the 800 reports that were ordered, it became apparent to the client that this group of loans was not worth the investment, saving the client millions of dollars
.Prior to joining NCO FIS well over a decade ago, Chris gained valuable experience as a sales representative at The Berry Company. There he was responsible for attracting new clients and sustaining existing clients to advertise in yellow pages for the national directory sales agency. Chris attributes much of his success today to his internal drive and motivation, as he is a big believer that what you get out of life is what you put into it.
Chris is a 1994 graduate of the University of New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in general business.
