Founded in the 1980’s during the Savings & Loan Crisis, our firm was quickly established as a preferred contractor of various banking oversight agencies to perform Officer and Director Liability Investigations and Asset & Liability Investigations.

By the early 1990’s, our offerings were expanded to meet the needs of the commercial finance sector as a whole.
